order confirmation

Once you’ve completed and submitted the form, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Payments can only made via BPI (for now!) but we’ll definitely expand to other payment options soon. You’ll get the bank account details to deposit or transfer to in the email.

The item you’ve purchased will be reserved for you for only 24 hours. If we do not receive a transfer receipt within that period, the item will again be available for others to purchase.

Since we have very, very limited stocks (one or a few of each kind!), we’ll be reserving the item to the first customer who sends the order form the earliest, and so on.


shipping & delivery

Payment cut-offs are on Thursday of each week.

As long as you are able to send your confirmation receipts on or before Thursday, your item will be delivered to you the next Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, unless otherwise stated, e.g. when there’s a storm and the rider’s well-being will be at stake.

A shipping fee of PHP 100 will be added per order, regardless of item/s purchased. We only deliver within Metro Manila (for now!). For provincial orders, we can deliver via LBC but shipping fee will be based on LBC’s rates and your area.
